Golf Lessons

Golf Lessons are back with a new instructor!  FORE!  Want to learn more about golf?  Need to improve your game?  From beginners to experiencedd golfers, this class will cover all aspects of the game and can be beneficial for all levels of ability.  Lessons are held at Hesperia Golf & Country Club.  Equipment will be available if necessary.  Appropriate golf attire required, Click Here to view HGCC rules and dress code.

Adult Lessons: 18 years of age and older, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Junior Lessons: 10 to 17 years of age, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. 

DAY: Saturday
PLACE: Hesperia Golf and Country Club
LENGTH: 4 weeks
FEE: 4 classes $40.00 per participant

Yoga

Join us for an hour of the union of mind, body, an spirit.  Yoga  is a great way to tone, strengthen, and stretch muscles while improving cardio and endurance.  This non-competitve environment encourages body awareness while learning to relax and reduce stress.  Start your journey now!

TIME: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

FEE: 4 classes $28.00 per participant

Volleyball Lessons

Volleyball class on Tuesday, October 24th and Thursday October 26th has been changed to Monday, October 23rd and Wednesday, October 25th - for that week only. 

Learn the proper skills for all aspects of the game of volleyball. Positive reinforcement and repetitive drills with proper techniques build an athlete with skills, self-discipline, teamwork and self-confidence. Let our top notch instructor help you get better at the sport you love!

AGE: 8 to 17 years
DAY(S): Tuesday and/or Thursday
TIME: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
PLACE: Rick Novack Gymnasium
LENGTH: 4 weeks
STARTS: First Tuesday or Thursday of each month
FEE: 4 classes $35.00 per participant or
8 classes $70.00 per participant.PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Fitness and Fun Exercise Program

A workout for men and women to stay fit, increase strength and endurance while relieving stress in a friendly social atmosphere. The class includes low impact exercises, line dances, latin moves, waltzes, step, strength training and flexibility with equipment provided. All performed to each person’s individual ability level. Music includes Big Band to Ballroom, Latin to Country, Belafonte to Beyonce.
