Outdoor Field Rentals
Fields at the following parks are available to rent (pending availability):
Hesperia Community Park, 10200 Datura Road - 8 Baseball/Softball Fields
Lime Street Park, 16292 Lime Street – 4 Baseball/Softball Fields
Live Oak Park, 17427 Live Oak Street – 1 Soccer Field
Malibu Park, 13157 Muscatel Street - 1 Soccer Field and 2 Baseball/Softball Fields
Maple Park, 7770 Maple Avenue - 2 Soccer Fields
Timberlane Park, 9480 Timberlane Avenue – 1 Baseball Field
Please contact Sarah Hauser at SHauser@HesperiaParks.com OR (760) 244-5488, ext. 125 for field availability and to rent a field. Once field use is approved, payment is made at the Lime Street Park Community Center/District Office, 16292 Lime Street, Hesperia, CA.
For team practices, applicants must supply the District with the following before payment is accepted:
- Team roster with players and coaches addresses and phone numbers
- Proof of non-profit status
- Certificate of Liability Insurance plus Endorsement naming the District as additional insured. (If renting fields at Hesperia Lake or Maple Park, a certificate must be supplied for the City of Hesperia. For Malibu Park, a certificate must be supplied for the Hesperia Unified School District)
- All coaches must be fingerprinted. If they are not fingerprinted the cost is $52.00
For tournaments only:
- Standard Fees:
- $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit/Cleaning Deposit
- Field Only: $1,000.00 daily (2 field minimum); $60.00 an hour for each additional field
- Field Lights: $10.00 an hour
- Discounted/Resident Fees*:
- $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit/Cleaning Deposit
- $800.00 daily (2 field minimum); $48.00 an hour for each additional field
- Field Lights: $10.00 an hour
- Business/For-Profit Fees:
- $2,000.00 daily (2 field minimum); $120.00 an hour for each additional field
- Field Lights: $10.00 an hour
Standard Rate:
- Field only - $25.00/hour
- Field with lights - $40.00/hour
Discounted Rate*:
- Field only - $20.00/hour
- Field with lights - $32.00/hour
Business/For Profit Rate:
- Field only - $50.00/hour
- Field with lights - $80.00/hour
*Discounted Rate applies to: District Residents, Active Military, Veterans, and standalone Non-Profit Organizations benefitting residents of the District. Discounts apply to immediate (dependent) family members only.
