Child Self-Defense
Through the study of self-defense/Kung Fu the young student learns self-discipline, confidence, coordination, and balance. Self-discipline skills will help improve attention and focus. Learn to resolve issues in a healthy non-violent way, know that fighting is the last possible option, and to be both leaders and teachers. They will learn to be well-rounded individuals so that they can be a good student, son or daughter, friend or Kung Fu practitioner.

Mini Tigers Shotokan Karate
Children as young as 4 can start learning karate with the Mini Tigers class. They will be taught the basic fundamentals of Shotokan Karate in a creative and fun environment while at the same time learning how to become more focused and confident. A karate uniform is available for purchase with the instructor.

This class is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of Shotokan Karate. In training, you will receive physical fitness, cardio workout and weight loss. Other added benefits are an increase in balance, flexibility and self discipline. Join us and learn karate in a controlled family atmosphere. A karate uniform is available for purchase with the instructor.
