Public skating is offered at the Power Play Center to all ages. We offer open skate on Friday and Saturday. Admission is $6.00, and this includes skate rental. Friday is teen skate with two sessions. The first session is from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the second session is from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Saturday is family skate with sessions from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.

For your child’s safety, please pick them up promptly at the close of the center.

Are you looking for a fun and affordable place to have your child’s next birthday party? Power Play Center offers party packages which include two hours of skating for twelve guests, and balloons and tablecloths in your choice of colors. We also have party rooms available at an additional fee. We keep the kids entertained with a variety of games and music. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and watch the kids have fun. Hesperia Recreation and Park District is proud to offer skating lessons at Power Play Center. Lessons are for all ages and skill level. Classes will be held Wednesday evenings. The beginners class is from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Intermediate/advanced class is from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The fee is $30 per participant. Preregistration is required. You may register at the Rick Novack Community Center, or at Lime Street Park Community Center.

The Power Play Center offers private parties for schools, churches, businesses and other non-profit organizations. This is a great way to have school, church or company parties or to bring together a large group to have fun. Private parties are available on Sundays only. Private parties are 2 hour minimum and a deposit is required to reserve a date and time.

The Power Play Center offers a dance the first Friday of every month from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The cost is $5.00 per person. This is a great way to hang out with your friends and listen to awesome music. Dances are open to kid’s ages 13 to 17 years old. There will be prizes given out during the night for various games and a dance contest..
