Turbo Kick combines high-powered kick boxing sequences with fun dance moves for an intense workout! With music that gets the heart pumping and energy flowing, this cardio class lets participants dance and burn calories. | BEGINNERS TENNIS |
Students can learn court lines, volley, ground strokes, serving, scoring, tie breaker, drills, games and the Rules of Tennis and Code of Conduct. Students will advance to match play as quickly as possible. Beginners will have the opportunity to improve their skills and bring their game to a higher level. Classes run monthly and are held twice a week. Dont miss out on the fun! Racquets provided if needed.

| TUMBLING CLASSES |
Parent and Me can instruct your child in fundamental tumbling skills using mats and low balance beam. Tumbling I is for beginners and focuses on basic floor exercises, such as various rolls and cartwheels. This class includes limber mat work and low balance beam. Tumbling II focuses on intermediate floor exercises, such as handstands, forward rolls and front and back limbers without mat. This class includes instructions on routines and more advanced balance beam work. Comfortable clothes and hair pulled back are strongly recommended. Tumbling I and II are by instructor placement only.
