Each dance has only 5 basic steps and 3 basic timings. Learn these basic patterns, timing, and how to identify music to the appropriate dance. Everyone can learn rhythm when you know what to listen for!

Enjoy the combined techniques of Egyptian, African, Moroccan and Persian cultures in the gypsy style of Baladi. Learn rhythms, finger cymbals, dance posture, and basics of the dance. No costuming required! A great aerobic workout
